Payments

Please note - if we do not receive the payment within 2 days after the order has been placed, we will send reminders to your e-mail address. If we do not receive payment within 14 days from the date you placed your order, that order will be cancelled.

When we dispatch your order you will receive your sales document in a pdf file via e-mail (if we split your order and send items separately, you will receive a document for each shipment).

Stripe (cards and quick payments)

We accept payments via Stripe - one of the world's largest Internet payment companies. We will prepare your order for dispatch after we have received your cleared payment.

After placing your order and clicking "make payment", you will be redirected to the Stripe system where you can enter your credit/debit card details to pay for the order or use another option, like Giropay, Cartes bancaires.

You can choose to pay with traditional bank transfer as well. Below you can find our bank account details:

PAYMENTS in PLN

Cash on delivery (available only for delivery in Poland)

Payment for the ordered goods is made directly upon receipt of the package.

You can check the amount due at:

• order summary,
• a copy of the order sent to the provided e-mail address,
• order details available in the "Your account" tab.

Orders with the payment method - cash on delivery - are prepared for shipment within 2 business days. Most of the products offered on the Petsona.eu website are available immediately, but there are also some that are produced at the customer's demand.

Orders paid by wire transfer are prepared for shipment within 2 business days from the date the payment reception (business days from Monday to Friday). Most of the products offered on the Petsona.eu website are available immediately, but there are also some that are produced at the customer's demand.

If payment for the order is not made within 7 calendar days from the date of placing it, we will send an order reminder to the e-mail address provided, asking for payment. An order that is not paid within 10 calendar days from the date of its submission will be automatically cancelled.

Payment via PayU

A very convenient and fast form of electronic payment.

To use it you need to:

• when placing an order, select the payment method - "PayU",
• indicate your bank,
• log in using your online banking access details and confirm the payment.

You can also make payments by credit card in the PayU system. We accept payments by VISA and Master Card. If you choose to pay by payment card, the card is charged when the payment is confirmed.

Payment in the PayU system is fully safe because the exchange of information between the store and the website is encrypted based on SSL technology. The information reaches the bank safely and is not exposed to theft.

PRICES

All prices are displayed in EUR/PLN (depending on your choice) inclusive of any VAT (where applicable) at the current rate for which we are responsible as a seller (VAT charged will be either VAT of the country of delivery or country of dispatch). 

Total amount to pay for your order will be the item price plus any delivery charges (if any, specified separately). The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option (if option is available) that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.
